Frequently asked questions
Changing text, images, colours, prices or information that is already on the website. New pages, sections and features are quoted separately. Unused updates don’t carry over to the next month, and fixing our own mistakes never counts.
Hosting, domain, SSL certificate, backups, restoring them when needed, security maintenance and uptime monitoring.
Standard, on the Business plan: we set up the profile, make whatever updates are needed and reply to reviews. Detailed, on the Pro plan: all of that, and we also write the posts. None of this uses up your website updates.
Essential keeps your website up to date, with regular check-ins. Business adds a monthly review and keeps your local presence up to date. Pro goes deeper into the analysis and gives you more updates.
The first payment is on the 1st of the month after your website is delivered. From then on, you pay on the 1st of each month, for the month ahead. If you prefer, you can pay for the year in one go: that’s 11 monthly payments, so one month is free.
